hmm...after picking up mum at terminal 1, Kota Kinabalu Airport, we went to the hotel that we we're suppose to stay, the Pacific Sutra. So, after finish uploading our stuff at the hotel, we got ourselves a rent car. Jalan-jalan sikit kat sekitar Bandar Kota, then we went to Pulau Manukan to observe the Island.
Pulau Manukan is located in the Tunku Abdul Rahman Park. It's one of those beautiful Island that tourists use to go.
So, as I landed on Pulau Manukan, the first thing that I had in mind was going snorkeling. You know, since diving at Pulau Batam, I had this attraction to the marine life. Since that time, I really wanted to go to clear sea water, dive in and see the choral beds, fishes, shells and those beautiful creatures Allah created.
And as I got to this Manukan Island, we looked for a good place to settle down. After that, I went to the water and dived in. Man, it was so beautiful. All the chorals, fishes. Subahanallah. I even swam with the fishes. All those types of fish you don't get to see in Pasar tani or related. I was a very great moment but it was not for long for I had not done my prayers yet and it was already 3.30 pm. Asar comes around 3.45 pm. But don't worry, I did jama' qasr takhir.
After washing up, we took pictures around the Island and just about time, we got back to Kota Kinabalu.
That night, we visited friends here in Sabah. We met with Ustaz Ismail whom then bought us to Dr Zainal's house. Both are ikhwah bonded by faith. Akh minggu came later on. And that night, we talked a lot about Islam and the dakwah progress in Sabah. It was really meaningful.
Later that night, we got back to the hotel and prepared for the next day. Tired already. Huhu~
