Blogging~

---

I started blogging since form 3. It was because our family had just installed streamyx to our old house. The intention started from my big brother but at that time, it wasn't blogspot that was popular. It was modblog that catchs the eye.

My intention of blogging at that time was just to make a live journal of what I do and the things that I go through in life. Then I wanted to share it with the whole world.

I stopped blogging when I was in late form 4. At that time, I was quite busy with things. I had little time with the internet and so, my modblog was unupdated. After a few while, I realised that modblog had closed it server. Reason? Even I don't know why.

In the late form 5, I created a blog using wordpress, but it didn't last long for I didn't like the preferences of wordpress. So, I changed to blogspot. It was quite new to me and maybe other people at that time.

The then blogspot wasn't like it is right know, for the preference was much more complicated. I have to understand a little bit of HTML/Javascript in order to enable me to adjust my blog. But it didn't go well. For I was near my SPM at that time. So, the blogspot was abandoned for some time.

After SPM, still didn't touch my blog for I had no idea what to write or share though I had gone through a lot of things during those period.

It was after I went to Pulau Jawa under the program "Road 2 Jawa" had I been able to write something. But it wasn't on the same blog that created before. I created a new one (flimsy89). And so, there goes the first post for this blog [here].

After that, I wrote things according to what I went through in life. Most of them, my experience. It was quite like a private site for me to shout out my feelings. But as time goes by, I learned to write things maturaly. I learned to write about what I see in a better words so others could understand. I learned to extract info from books or articles that I read. And it really helps a lot for I did do a lot of readings. So, my general info was quite vast (though not as vast as my little sister..She had more readings than I do).

From blogging too, I knew a lot of people and I learned how they think. There were many types of people I met through this digital realm. I met politicians, artist, novelist, cool friends, dark friends, liberalist, chauvanist, normal people and many more. And the thing that I learned from these people is that, I learn to respect them for who they are.

Now, I blog to share the understandings of what I achieved throughout the past journeys I went through. It may not be to make people change, but I hope it could bring some light in their dark life.

My reasons for why I blog? Its to share what I understand about life so we can together live peacefully in the after life.

*p/s : This entry was from the intention to improve my English. Need to sharpen it. Huhu~

He was the best ever~

---

I was quite astonish with the findings of Michael H. Hart in the book of "Bukti-bukti sains dan sejarah : Kerasulan Muhammad SAW" by Dr. Danial Zainal Abidin. The original idea was from the book "The 100 : A ranking of the Most influential Persons in History" by Micheal H. Hart. The first person he put on the rank was the prophet Muhammad SAW.

I have heard about this before sometime ago, but it did not hit me much for at that time I have always known that the prophet SAW was always the best mankind ever created by god. It was narrated by muslim from the prohpet SAW:
Indeed, Allah has chosen Kinanah amongs the sons of Ismail, and He has chosen Quraisy from Kinanah, and He has chosen Hashim from Quraisy dan He has chosen me (Muhammad SAW) from the descendants of Hashim.
But as I read the book from Dr. Danial, I was wondering why it made Mr. Micheal put the prophet SAW as the most influential person. As I read through, this is what he said,
My choise of Muhammad to lead the list of the world's most influential persons may suprise some readers and may be questioned by others, but he was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both religion and secular levels. Of humble origins, Muhammad founded and promulgated one of the world's great religions and became immensely effective political leader. Today, thirteen centuries after his death, his influence is still powerful and pervasive.
Indeed, it is true. For he brought up the original religion from the first man alive, the prophet Adam AS.

From the beginning of mankind itself, there was only one purpose [Quran,51:56]. But as time goes on, man changes religion accordingly to their desire. For what they like, they keep and what they dislike, they throw.

But the prophet Muhammad SAW renewed this religion which came from Abraham (Ibrahim), Moses (Musa), Aaron (Harun), Joseph (Yusuf), Zechariah (Zakaria) and Jesus (Isa) with Allah's words (Al-Quran). It is not more than to fulfill mankinds fitrah as humans and to fulfill the obligations given to them by Allah. And it is what is Islam. The way of life.

As I read through, there were other people who acknowldge the prophet SAW as the best person ever. And each of them came up with rational reasons to support their statement.

One of them was Professor Jules Masserman. He stated that,
Leaders must fulfill 3 functions:
1. the leader must provide for the well-being of the followers,
2. the leader or would be leader must provide a social organization in which people feel relatively secure,
3. this leader must provide his people with one set of beliefs.
He then stated,
People like Pasteur and Salk are leaders in the first sense. People like Gandhi and Confucius, on one hand, and Alexander, Caeser and Hitler on the other, are leaders in the second and perhaps the third sense. Jesus and Buddha belong in the third category alone. Perhaps the greatest leader of all times was Mohammad, who combined all three functions. To a lesser degree, Moses did the same.
It was very intresting to read about other people's opinion about the prophet SAW and how they came up with their perceptions about him. Sometimes, people just need more evidence to be convinced with the truth. Which to me, it is a very good effort.

Somehow, I pondered and thought, why is it that these people can think like this, about the prophet SAW but us (the muslim community) more or less doesn't care about it.

What is it that made them so ignorant to understand and know the truth about the prophet SAW? Why do they get so freaking mad when some westeners create insulting cartoons about the prophet SAW but in the other hand, do they follow his sunnah? Do they even understand the divine words from God through him? hmm...

If other people can understand the prophet's attitude, actions and acknowledge his deeds to the highest level, why can't we? We are his followers, aren't we? We are muslims, aren't we?

Hormat itu diberi atau diminta?~

---

Kadang-kadang dalam hidup kita, selalu kita mengharapkan orang menghormati diri kita. Selalu nak suruh orang lain hormat harta kita, nama kita, maruah kita, agama kita dan macam-macam. Kadang-kadang permintaan tu selalu berlebih-lebihan.

Kebanyakkan orang selalu nak diri mereka dihormati tapi jarang sekali mereka cuba menghormati orang lain.

I look, I look, I see~

Allah berfirman :

I Look I See - Yusuf Islam

I look, I look, I look, I see
I see a world of beauty
I touch, I touch, I touch, I feel
I feel a world around so real
And everything I do
I dedicate to You
Cause You made me
I am for You

I listen, listen, listen, I hear
I hear the words of God so clear
I read, I read, I read, I know
It helps my knowledge grow
And everything we do
We dedicate to You
Cause You made us
We are for You
I listen, listen, listen, I hear

He sent the Prophet to show us the way
He made Religion perfect that Day
Peace be upon him, upon him we pray
Salatullah, wa salamu 'alyhi

I sleep I sleep, I sleep, I dream
I dream I'm in a garden green
I wish, I wish, I wish I pray
I pray to be here everyday
And everything I do
I dedicate to You
Cause You made me
I am for You

I work, I work, I work, I strive
To make something of my life
I seek, I seek, I seek, I find
I find another hill to climb
And everything we do
We dedicate to You
Cause You made us
We are for You
I look, I look, I look, I see

He sent the Prophet to show us the way
He made Religion perfect that Day
Peace be upon him, upon him we pray
Salatullah, wa salamu 'alyhi (x2)

Kehilangan insan tersayang 2~

---
sambungan...

Flowers are red~

Flowers are red - Zain Bikha

A little boy went first day at school
He got some crayons and he started to draw
He put colors all over the paper
For colors was what he saw
The teacher said, "What you doin' young man?"
"I'm paintin' flowers see"
"Well this is not the time for art young man
And anyway flowers are green and red
There's a time for everything young man
a way it should be done
You've got to show concern for everyone else
For you're not the only one"
And she said...
"Flowers are red
Green leaves are green
There's no need to see flowers any other way
Than they way they always have been seen "
But the little boy said...
"There are so many colors in the rainbow
So many colors in the morning sun
So many colors in the flower and I see every one"
Well the teacher said… "You're sassy
There's a way that things should be
And you'll paint flowers the way they are
So repeat after me..."
she said...

"Flowers are red
Green leaves are green
There's no need to see flowers any other way
Than they way they always have been seen "
But the little boy said again...
"There are so many colors in the rainbow
So many colors in the morning sun
So many colors in the flower and I see every one"
Well the teacher put him in a corner
She said… "It's for your own good…
And you won't come out 'til you get it right
responding like you should"
Well finally he got lonely
Frightened thoughts filled his head
And he went up to that teacher
And this is what he said
"Flowers are red, green leaves are green
There's no need to see flowers any other way
Than the way they always have been seen"

Well time went by like it always does
he moved to another town
And the little boy went to another school
And this is what he found
The teacher there was smilin'
She said..."Painting should be fun
And there are so many colors in a flower
So let's paint every one"
that little boy painted flowers
In neat rows of green and red
And when the teacher asked him "why"

This is what he said..
"Flowers are red, green leaves are green
There's no need to see flowers any other way
Than the way they always have been seen."
But there must still be a way to have our children say,
There are so many colors in the rainbow
So many colors in the morning sun
So many colors in the flower and I see every one
There are so many colors in the rainbow
So many colors in the morning sun
So many colors in the flower and I see every one
