Cuti + cuti + cuti = holidays?

Assalamu'alakum,

Alhamdulillah thanks to Allah, I've been given the opportunity to breath the air that He gave....

So today is the 6th of February 2008, also the 28th of Muharram 1429H and tomorrow, most of our Chinese friends will celebrate the Chinese New Year. So they say, this year is the year of RAT.hmm...I wonder...RATs??!!! Whatever, anyway, I'm at home right now. I just arrived last night. I arrived at JB around 8.30 pm. My big bro with his wife came to pick me up at Sri Putri bus stop. Then we met up with my family at Restaurant Ayub to stuff in "some" dinner. Alhamdulillah, after that we came home in one piece.

Ok, so, we (the JMC students) started our holiday today. I think its the same with all Government Schools and associates. All came back rushing yesterday. Tangkak Bus Stand was full with people. Not just JMC students but also those who wanna come back home to spend their holiday with their family. Argh....skip that. I wanna talk about something bothering in this new sem or part II of sem II or the last quarter of our program.

You know, I sometimes don't understand about people. Why is it that they just can't feel the pressure of FAILURE? For the past few weeks, I noticed that many students in JMC are starting to fall out of class. I don't know the main reason, but this is just ridiculous. Most of them are the ones that get red grades for their Finals. Man, sometimes, I ask myself, don't these guys have a future? Don't they even have a little value of dignity inside them? Don't they know, other people are putting high expectation for them so they can contribute to the success and development of our country? Why is it so hrd to understand other people's sacrifice? Man...It’s really a shame to see the new generation like this. Its not what the old generation hoped for. It’s not what Tok Janggut or Mat Kilau or any other warriors of our country in the past fought for.

You know, on Monday night, I listened to the opening ceremony of "Perkampungan Islam Hadhari" on IKIM from the Prime Minister, Dato' Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi. He mentioned a lot of things regarded to the Development of Terengganu based on Islamic factors. He said he wanted to revive the Islamic Scholars from the New Generations. He hoped for, with the new "Perkampungan Islam Hadhari" it would boost the youth to search and gain knowledge and could plant the good moral values of Islamic teachings inside them. For me, his vision is really great, to think that far for the Malaysian youth.

So, right now, I seek out to all of us, why not take this opportunity that has been widely open in front of our eyes and use it wisely according to the Al-Quran and As-Sunnah. Let it be a chance for us to bring Islam back. Revive the Era where Islam was the most civilized empayar from all aspects. In our scope (JMC students or everyon), lets us struggle hard and do our best in our studies. Be someone that we dreamed of. Achieve our ambition and create our own character, so in the future, we can create a perfect Daulah Islamiah from a simple yet sophisticated individual. Achieve what we all dreamed for. Inysa Allah, make the best out of ourselves and always have faith in Allah. May Allah be with us. Wassalam.

hoho.it does not happen only in jmc.
menusuk gakla ayat2 tu,agaknya ana pernah makan cili kot.uhu.to me,it happens sbb the person forgets his/her main responsibility, lupa pada niat asal kenape kene blajar.mereka hanya target untuk short term;just to pass the big exam, which is less significant, maka kurg trasa 'kewajipan' utk excel.xde daya penolak, lupa mengapa betul2 perlu berjaya.kadang mereka hanya terlupa, ingatkanlah.kadang mereka x prnah tahu, informlah.they will be very grateful insyaAllah.
